Our History & Council

Lyndale Lutheran Church was established in 1898 only a few blocks from where our church now stands. We have a long history of worship, education and service to the community.
Grounded in the celebration of God's Word and Sacraments offered for us, along with worship, we recognize the importance of ongoing education. We promote open and honest discussion of the issues that concern us and guidance through holy scripture..
As people of faith we also strive to be disciples. We are constantly searching for new and effective ways to reach  beyond our congregation to our community and our world.
We are eager to discover ways in which we can make God's love real for people through acts of love, justice and advocacy.   We belong to a network of agencies and organizations designed to provide help, assistance and hope to people in need.
Our congregation is a mixture of parents, retired persons, single adults, children, and teens, all gathered for worship, learning fellowship and service.
May God bless you today!

Faith Practices
